You'll be the first person guests talk to: taking orders at the counter, guiding people through the menu, running food, keeping the dining room and service areas clean and welcoming, and handling the rhythm of a busy counter without losing your warmth. We'd also like to cross-train you on our barista bar, so you can step in on espresso and coffee service when we need the coverage. Who We're Looking For Genuinely kind. You treat guests and coworkers with care, especially when it's busy. Hard-working and self-directed. You see what needs doing and do it without being asked. Reliable, and then some. When a teammate calls out, you're the person who says "I've got it." That kind of teammate is worth a lot to us, and we notice. Fully available, including weekends. This is a full-time role with an open, flexible schedule. Comfortable on your feet through a full shift and able to keep a clear head during a rush. Preferred (not required) Barista or bartending experience — anything where you've made drinks to order, worked a bar or counter, and managed a queue of people. Previous restaurant, cafe, or food service experience. Interest in organic food, local sourcing, and where ingredients come from.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
