The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality drinks, provide attentive service, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming coffee shop environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare espresso, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to café standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently. Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly and professional service. Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Answer questions about beverages, ingredients, menu options, and customizations. Maintain consistent beverage quality, presentation, and portioning. Keep espresso stations, counters, equipment, and customer areas clean and organized. Restock coffee beans, milk, cups, syrups, utensils, and other café supplies. Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance or operational issues. Assist with opening, closing, and other daily café responsibilities. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Qualifications Previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee beverages. Strong customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic cash-handling and POS experience is helpful. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
