RESPONSIBILITIES
Coffee Preparation:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring each drink meets our quality standards.
Polishing and Maintenance:
During downtime, assist with polishing glassware and cutlery, as well as keeping the coffee station tidy.
Running Tickets:
Deliver beverages to tables during lunch service efficiently and accurately, supporting the front-of-house team. Dinner service coffees will be made, and a runner will be requested to deliver the coffee beverages.
Collaboration:
Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy lunch periods.
Inventory Support:
Help monitor coffee supplies and equipment, reporting any issues to the manager on duty.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Job Requirements:
Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual. Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service. Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays). Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs. Team-orientated and positive attitude Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel. Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants preferred but not required
