Duties Provide a welcoming passionat experience for our Guests Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring efficient cash handling and POS operations Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and during serving to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Assist with food handling, basic food prep, and serving food items in accordance with health regulations Manage cash register operations including cash handling, balancing registers, and processing payments efficiently Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized café environment to enhance the guest experience Experience Previous barista experience or background in café or food service environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Passion for Guest Service Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly Experience in retail sales transactions within the food industry is a plus Please note
