Please note our store hours before applying: Monday through Saturday 8am to 3pm, Closed Sundays Responsibilities Greet customers as they enter, and answer questions about the menu and ingredients Take orders accurately and prepare beverages and food to recipe — smoothies, acai bowls, toast station, and cold press juice Serve beverages and prepared food; run the register on Square and process cash and credit card payments Keep the bar, dining, and work areas clean; empty trash and sanitize equipment and utensils Check that brewing and prep equipment is operating properly and report any maintenance needs Comply with health and safety regulations, including our dedicated nut-free blender allergy procedure Take inventory and restock display cases, tables, and behind the counter; flag low stock through our tap-to-restock system Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu ideas Qualifications Previous experience as a barista or in food service preferred Hands-on experience with beverage prep or brewing equipment a plus Knowledge of sanitation regulations Day availability required: Monday-Saturday, 8am-3pm Basic math skills Ability to read customer preferences and communicate clearly High school diploma; relevant training a plus Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment - this positions also makes tips that average an additional $3-8 per hour
