Specialty Coffee Bar Location:

Broadway, Everett, Massachusetts Shifts Available:

Morning:

6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Evening:

2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Part-time:

~15-20 hours per week (with potential for more as we grow) ⸻ About Us We are building a unique and innovative specialty coffee bar that blends top-quality coffee service with full table service. Our goal is to create an exceptional atmosphere where customers enjoy not only expertly crafted beverages but also warm and attentive hospitality. ⸻

Position:

Barista / Server We are looking for passionate and skilled baristas who are equally comfortable providing table service. You'll be preparing specialty drinks—including espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and pour-overs—while also engaging with customers in a full-service environment. ⸻ What We're Looking For Experience as a barista in a specialty coffee environment. Familiarity with La Marzocco espresso machines is a big plus. Ability to multitask between coffee preparation and customer service. Team players who value professionalism, innovation, and excellent hospitality. Reliability for morning or evening shifts. ⸻

What We Offer Competitive Pay:

$15-16/hour starting wage, plus tips and sales commissions adding up to around $25-$35 Hour.
