Responsibilities:

Run the store in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager Ensure all team members are properly trained and developed daily Maintaining an organized and clean work environment and adhering to proper sanitation guidelines Efficiently managing and keeping track of inventory, restocking when necessary Make recommendations to customers and answer questions about our coffee and pastry offerings Anticipating customer needs and helping customers in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Previous shift lead and supervisor experience preferred Previous Cafe or Coffee shop experience required MUST be available for both opening and closing shifts, and on weekends Outstanding customer service and people skills Positive attitude and the ability to work with a team The ability to multitask efficiently Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time Apply today and become a part of the Cape Cod Coffee team, we'd love to have you!
