Aroma Joe's in Holy Family Hospital is hiring Opening and Closing Shift Baristas to join our team! Aroma Joe's is a fast paced, upbeat and high-energy environment! A place to have a good time while being professional! At Aroma Joe's we serve positive energy in a cup! Our Baristas provide a personalized customer experience that is happy, fun, and energetic. - Responsible for tasks unique to each shift and it's corresponding checklist
- Preparing handcrafted coffees, lattes, Rush® Energy drinks, food to our high-quality standards
- Responsible for cleaning of workstations and coffee house throughout shift
- Having energetic interactions with all customers that fuel their personal energy and maintaining the highest level of expert customer service
- Handling cash with safety and security during each shift
- Effectively communicate with our customers, baristas, management, and owners
- Maintain a highly sanitary and organized work area
- Work well with others including being the best teammate that always does his/her fair share of the work
- Has reliable transportation and a history of on-time attendance
- Able to understand the customers' wants, ask the right questions to ensure you understand the customers, make suggestions to customers to serve the
