Michette is looking for a barista passionate about specialty coffee, hospitality, and creating the best guest experience grounded in transparency and respect.

Who we are:

Michette is an artisanal sourdough bakery located in East Somerville, MA. We are opening our first location and have an exciting barista position up for grabs.

You are:

knowledgeable of specialty coffee, with at least 1 year barista experience preferred reliable and able to anticipate our guests' needs organized, with an obsession for details and able to manage inventory excited to join a new team and possess a can-do attitude You will: Prepare coffee and tea to the highest standards, including dialing drip coffee and espresso, and foaming milk correctly. Maintain cleanliness and restock inventory as needed. Stay knowledgeable about Michette's exciting beverage and food menu Provide exceptional customer service to ensure every guest feels the love and warmth of our bakery. Early mornings starts and at least one weekend day Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
