- Ensure customers receive top-tier service and high-quality products. Maintain Quality & Consistency
- Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly. Manage Inventory & Supplies
- Oversee stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate orders from suppliers. Ensure Store Excellence
- Maintain a clean, visually appealing, and welcoming store environment. Drive Financial Success
- Monitor sales, control expenses, manage payroll, and analyze trends to optimize performance. Ensure Compliance
- Uphold all health, safety, and food industry regulations while maintaining accurate records.
