  • Recruit, train, and manage staff while fostering a positive and professional work environment. Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
  • Ensure customers receive top-tier service and high-quality products. Maintain Quality & Consistency
  • Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly. Manage Inventory & Supplies
  • Oversee stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate orders from suppliers. Ensure Store Excellence
  • Maintain a clean, visually appealing, and welcoming store environment. Drive Financial Success
  • Monitor sales, control expenses, manage payroll, and analyze trends to optimize performance. Ensure Compliance
  • Uphold all health, safety, and food industry regulations while maintaining accurate records.
What We're Looking For Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in store operations, including inventory control & financial management . Passion for customer service and quality assurance . Ability to analyze sales trends and adjust strategies to drive growth. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with health codes, food safety standards, and labor laws . Qualifications Assistant manager experience Retail management
Merchandising Driver's License ServSafe Food Handler Certification Job Types:
