Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages Engage with customers by taking orders, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a delightful service experience. Maintain a tidy, welcoming space for guests in the cafe area. Handle cash register operations and transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Manage supplies and inventory to keep essential items in stock. Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to deliver a cohesive and smooth service to our customers. Promptly deliver food and drinks to tables, ensuring accurate and efficient service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role, with a preference for those who have worked in a café or restaurant environment. Ability to work efficiently and keep pace in a busy setting. A positive, customer-first attitude, with a passion for delivering exemplary service. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn and prepare a variety of menu items, including smoothies and acai bowls, in addition to coffee and tea. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
