Overview We are seeking a passionate, hard working and responsible Barista with food or beverage experience to join our team at Gong cha. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a variety of exceptional beverages and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to connect with customers and your attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our store.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve Gong cha's signature drinks and toppings with consistency and care Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent service Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Ensure compliance with food safety standards and guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning Work as part of a fun, energetic team

What We're Looking For:
