Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude. Prepare non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following company recipes and standards. Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently. Handle retail sales transactions with precision, including cash handling and processing cash transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the store by performing regular cleaning duties, food handling, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure timely delivery of quality products. Manage beverage service and drink service stations to uphold quality standards during busy hours. Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining a sanitized environment. Use time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours for smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous food service or café experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures preferred. Experience as a barista or in beverage service enhances your candidacy but is not mandatory. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
