Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality boba tea and other non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Toast POS accurately for retail sales transactions Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change using basic math skills Ensure food handling procedures are followed to uphold food safety standards Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality Qualifications Previous barista or café experience is preferred, especially with beverage preparation and serving Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to perform food handling duties safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper cleaning procedures Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or food service roles is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering delightful drinks and memorable experiences!
