Job Overview Join our team as a Barista. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Prepare breakfast Sandwich and Smoothie and Smoothie Bowls Operate POS systems for efficient sales transactions Manage cash handling accurately while providing excellent customer service during busy hours Maintain cleanliness and organization, including food preparation stations and seating areas Ensure food safety standards are met through proper food handling, preparation, and storage procedures Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and promote sales of featured items Handle serving duties efficiently while managing time effectively to serve multiple customers swiftly Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar food service role within the food industry Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage customization Familiarity with POS systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay:

$13.50 - $18.00 per hour
