Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and care Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing friendly, efficient service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and seating areas Follow health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests Manage cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and handling transactions Restock supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and materials are available for service Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth operations during busy hours Skills Passion for coffee, beverages, and creating positive customer experiences Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues as needed Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required; training will be provided Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every guest!
