Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service to ensure a memorable visit. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for retail sales transactions, cash handling, and order processing. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and preparation procedures. Manage retail math tasks like cash reconciliation, register balancing, and inventory management to support smooth daily operations. Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality standards. Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively and multitasking across various duties. Experience Previous barista experience or café background is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with coffee preparation and food service routines. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests. Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail sales transactions and cashiering. Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper serving techniques within the food industry. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. A passion for the food industry with a desire to learn more about coffee culture and café operations.
