We are a fully organic coffee shop and bakery. Our main focuses are on quality products. Duties Prepare a variety of drinks Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and beverage service stations. Handle cash transactions with precision, process payments, and give correct change using retail math skills. Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling and preparation procedures. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support smooth café operations. Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in the food industry. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a lively and energetic attitude.
