JOB DESCRIPTION

Counter Part-time/ All Weekends/ Potential Full-time Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare and serve drink orders, bagel orders and cake/cupcake orders
• Execute customers orders in a timely fashion
• Prep and prepare items for FOH following recipe book
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that team members can locate resources and product as needed
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance

QUALIFICATIONS

No previous experience required.

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours that will include early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling.
• Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
