Responsibilities Prepare a variety of food items with precision, adhering to safety and quality standards. Manage customer orders with enthusiasm to enhance the guest experience. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment. Handle cash register operations & processing transactions. Assist with cleaning dining areas and ensuring overall sanitation of the café environment. Skills Experience in food preparation & food service customer order management. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, register balancing, and retail math calculations. Previous quick service or fast-food restaurant experience is highly desirable but not required. Knowledge of food safety management practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques.
