Aurora on the Lake Commerce Twp, MI Barista Aurora on the Lake is seeking a reliable and experienced Barista with Bartending experience. We are launching a walk-up breakfast/brunch program. The Barista/Bartender will be responsible for serving coffee + alcohol. You will operate the cafe + bar by preparing drink orders during our AM shift. Ideal candidates are comfortable using an espresso machine, serving alcohol, familiarity operating the POS (Toast), plus have a food + alcohol handling certification and are focused on creating a positive guest experience.

Prepare cafe drinks + cocktails; serve wine, beer etc. Handle drink to-go orders. Keep the dining area clean. Ensure proper cash handling and payment processing for carryout transactions.
