Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, refreshers, and matcha
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Assist with food preparation and serving when needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food handling and preparation standards are met

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of coffee types, flavors, and brewing techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with coworkers
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
