Duties:
Greet guests as they enter Describe menu items to guests or suggest products that might appeal to them Take orders while paying attention to details, e.g. coffee blend preferences, dairy and sugar ratios Prepare beverages following recipes Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins Receive and process payments, e.g. cash, credit cards, gift cards, and ReNu accounts Clean service or seating areas Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates Wrap, label, or date food items for sale Receive and stock supplies or retail products Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs Comply with health and safety regulations Communicate guest feedback to Lead Barista and recommend new menu items Character Demonstrate the qualities of a follower of Jesus Christ, with a passion to love God, live in community with those in the body of Christ, and extend the love of God to those seeking Him.
