Job Overview We are seeking full-time and part-time Baristas for our

NEW BIGGBY

Coffee store located in Orion Township that are available to work early morning to evenings that have a passion for working with people in a fast-paced environment! In these positions, you are the primary interface with the customer therefore strong customer service skills are a must! Barista's primary responsibilities include preparing and serving specialty lattes, cold beverages such as BIGGBY Blasts and Mocktails, preparing and serving Bragel sandwiches, in addition to taking orders and cashing out guests. Our baristas must exhibit an overall optimistic outlook, be highly motivated and demonstrate excellence in regards to the quality of food and beverages being served, to ensure the customer leaves in a better mood then when they arrive. Barista Job Requirements

• Greets customers.
• Take orders via a headset at the drive thru window.
• Prepares and serve a variety of delicious Lattes, Mocktails, Cream Freezes and Bragel sandwiches.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, utensils, equipment and service and seating areas.
• Preps all food items, and restocks items throughout the day as items go low.
• Describes menu items to customers or suggests products that might appeal to them.
• Provides customers with product details, such as coffee ingredients or preparation descriptions as requested.
• Receives and processes customer payments.
• Stocks customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.
