Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our café, delivering outstanding customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Prepare non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and care Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions Process cash and card payments accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and seating areas Assist with food preparation tasks following food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Manage retail sales transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in math calculations for change and totals Experience Prior experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills Previous barista experience or beverage service background is highly desirable Join us as a Barista Cashier and become part of a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable moments over great coffee!
