Duties Prepare and serve a variety of cafe inspired beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and consistency Operate POS systems such as Toast to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness of the café area by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety standards Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about food and beverages, and provide excellent customer service Follow proper food handling protocols during beverage preparation and food service to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality service Ability to multi-task and cross train!
