Responsibilities Greet customers with a warm smile and provide prompt, friendly service to enhance their experience Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards, including coffee, sandwiches, and baked goods Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing orders and transactions efficiently Manage customer orders with accuracy, upsell products to maximize sales opportunities, and handle cash register operations responsibly Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and food handling standards throughout your shift Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to ensure timely food preparation Support retail sales transactions when assisting customers with product inquiries or purchases in the store area Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
