In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, prepare delicious food and beverages, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities Greet customers with a warm smile and provide prompt, friendly service to enhance their experience Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards, including coffee, sandwiches, and baked goods Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing orders and transactions efficiently Manage customer orders with accuracy, upsell products to maximize sales opportunities, and handle cash register operations responsibly Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and food handling standards throughout your shift Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to ensure timely food preparation Support retail sales transactions when assisting customers with product inquiries or purchases in the store area Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing register operations Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is advantageous but not mandatory Join us as a Tim Hortons Associate and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality products and outstanding service.
