Job Summary We're looking for a friendly, dependable Barista to join our cafe team. While restaurant experience is great, it is not required — we provide full training. This role includes preparing beverages, assisting customers, light kitchen and prep work, and keeping the café clean and welcoming. Each shift includes free coffee and a meal. Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies Assist with light kitchen tasks such as basic food prep and assembling menu items Greet customers, take orders, and provide great service Operate the POS system to ring up orders and process payments Maintain cleanliness of prep areas, equipment, and customer seating Follow food safety and handling procedures Restock ingredients and supplies during the shift Skills & Qualifications No experience required — training provided Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Basic math skills for handling transactions Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team Perks Free coffee and a meal each shift Supportive team environment Flexible schedule

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 30.0 per week
