Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and care Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling and sanitation standards Manage cash handling and processing cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy through retail math skills Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist in food preparation when needed Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations Support team members during busy periods by managing serving and drink service responsibilities effectively Requirements Previous barista experience or food service background preferred; familiarity with café operations highly valued Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to ensure timely beverage preparation and customer service excellence Experience with beverage preparation, including coffee experience and drink service techniques Weekend availability Embark on an exciting journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
