Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service Assist in food preparation, including assembling menu items and maintaining cleanliness in the food prep area Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems Support food industry operations by managing food handling procedures and ensuring proper food safety practices are followedQualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order totaling Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Culinary experience or restaurant background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering delicious food and memorable experiences!
