Please include a short cover letter/paragraph why you are interested in Yellow Bike Coffee We are looking to fill 2-3 positions at 15-35 hours/week, responsibilities will include: Greeting customers as they walk into the shop, being genuinely interested in meeting new people and making new friends. taking customers' orders with precision conversing with customers to ensure a top tier customer experience making high quality beverages/food items and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness for the shop. prepping sauces, syrups and spreads, restocking Deep cleaning experts are our favorites... clean is our love language. Previous coffee experience is NOT required and you will receive all necessary training upon starting. Experience in customer service is a requirement. This is not a good fit for a persons first job. Compensation is comprised of a base wage of $12-$14/hour, depending on experience, plus tips, a staff discount and free beverages. Average take home is $16-$22/hr.
