We are looking for friendly, hardworking and fun people to join our team to scoop ice cream, work the espresso bar, and quickly train and move into a shift lead position. Love Creamery's scooper baristas are responsible for delivering on our promise to create welcoming community gathering place. This role is responsible for providing great service, consistent scoops and drinks, and good vibes during every shift. They ring up customers, keep the shop very, very clean, choose fun upbeat music, and, most importantly, provide delightful customer service.
AVAILABILITY
These positions require a commitment of 1-3 shifts per week Oct-April and 3-5 in summer season Mid May-Mid Sept. We hiring specifically for people to move quickly to a shift lead position, so applicants must be at least 17 years of age for these positions and available to work in the winter season.
RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS 17
Years of Age or older in order to work late nights with previous work experience required. Must be able to work 1-3 shifts per week Oct-April and 3-5 in summer season Mid May-Mid Sept. No more than 10 days total vacation days June -Aug. Ability to operate POS system and do math Food handlers' certificate (can obtain once hired) Able to push/pull/lift 50 lbs. of weight Ability to access and navigate the production and retail facility Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to stand for eight hours at a time Willingness to pick up shifts Have access to a phone that can text and make calls and access to the internet Transportation to get to and from work on time Love Creamery is a tobacco free company, smoking is not permitted on the premises.
COMPENSATION
Scooper Barista ($13/hour + tips) starting wage with incremental, merit-based raises Shift Lead ($15/hour + tips) starting wage with incremental, merit-based raises Immediate ESST both in MN and WI Paid Time Off after 6 consecutive months of employment and average of 25 hours per work week 401K matching program once service and age requirements are met All the ice cream you can eat and espresso you can drink!
