Job Description
Overview We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Barista to join our team! In this role, you'll craft high-quality beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, assist with unboxing and photographing crystals, help maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support with events. Your contributions will be key in creating a welcoming experience for our customers while also ensuring our online crystal inventory is updated. Duties Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation surfaces, equipment, and dining areas. Assist with onsite events, unboxing of crystals, pricing, and more Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Create unique drinks for special menus throughout the year Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for smooth transactions and accurate order processing Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and managing inventory. Knowledge of crystals and metaphoric properties is a plus but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and independently in a slow environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and early mornings. A positive attitude and willingness to help teammates as well as customers. Looking for a fun job or a side gig?
