Job Description

Benefits:
Competitive salary Employee discounts Flexible schedule Training & development Part-time, approximately 15 to 25 hours per week, working in person. Flexible scheduling, with weekday evenings and Saturday mornings the priority. Some daytime shifts are available. Be the friendly face families see before practice. At Midwest Gymnastics, our front desk and café sit side by side. You'll train on both and be assigned to one counter for each shift. Some nights you'll help families get settled for class; other nights you'll make smoothies and serve coffee. You'll work in a busy gym with young athletes and their families. Afternoons and evenings can get loud, and the pace picks up as classes start. Front desk shifts Welcome families and athletes, and check them in for class. Answer phone calls and front desk emails. Help families with questions about class schedules and billing. Enroll students in iClassPro. Process payments and update family accounts; we'll teach you the system. Handle filing and data entry. Keep the lobby tidy and manage lost and found. Café shifts Prepare coffee drinks, smoothies, snacks, and light meals. Pass athlete orders and special requests along to coaches. Take payments through the POS system and keep the cash drawer balanced. Restock the café and track inventory so management knows when to reorder. Keep the café and seating area clean and follow food safety procedures, including temperature logs and expiration checks. What you'll bring A friendly, helpful approach and the ability to stay organized when the lobby fills up. Dependability and on-time attendance, with availability for weekday evenings and Saturdays. Comfort using a computer and learning new software. The ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 30 lbs. Experience in customer service is preferred, including retail or food service. Barista experience is welcome but isn't required. You'll need to complete Minnesota food handler training within 30 days of hire; we'll cover the cost. You must be able to commute to our Little Canada location. The address is 3225 Country Drive, Suite 100 Little Canada
