Shift Lead The Fox & Pantry is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Shift Lead to help support our team and keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and is comfortable taking ownership of a shift. Responsibilities Lead and support staff throughout the shift Help ensure daily opening, closing, and operational tasks are completed correctly Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing, inventory, customer concerns, maintenance issues, and other important shift updates Delegate tasks and help keep the team productive and on track Provide friendly, professional customer service Assist team members during busy periods as needed Help maintain consistent food, beverage, cleanliness, and service standards Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally Identify problems during the shift and communicate them to management promptly Help train and support newer team members Follow and reinforce company policies and procedures What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills , particularly when communicating updates and concerns to management Dependable and punctual Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions during a shift Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive, professional attitude Strong teamwork and leadership skills Customer-service focused Previous restaurant, café, hospitality, or leadership experience is preferred Compensation Starting wage: $15.00 per hour + tips Tips are earned in addition to the hourly wage.
