Barista — Rustica Bakery, Wayzata Full-Time & Part-Time Since 2004, Rustica has been a Minnesota favorite for exceptional pastries, bread, desserts, and coffee. We're growing our team and looking for Baristas to join us at our Wayzata location. Weekend availability is required. As a Barista, you'll prepare quality espresso beverages and guarantee guests the best possible experience, from the first greeting to the last thank you. This role isn't limited to the espresso machine, you'll support the full guest experience alongside your team. What You'll Do Follow our Core Values in every interaction Complete barista training and testing to master our espresso equipment, grinders, and coffee program Warmly greet guests and offer product knowledge and recommendations Accurately take orders and operate the POS system Ensure quality and consistency in every drink and food item served Keep your workstation and the dining area clean, stocked, and welcoming Support your team with bussing, stocking, and side work throughout the shift Communicate proactively with management on product issues or guest concerns What We're Looking For 1 year of barista/coffee cafe experience preferred Weekend availability required Warm, positive, and reliable A team player who's teachable and takes initiative Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Interested in extra hours? Baristas are welcome to pick up additional shifts at other Jester Concepts locations.
