Baked by Nina's is looking for a part-time barista to join our sweet little bakery team! We're searching for someone with good energy, a friendly face, and a love for community, coffee, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer that walks through our doors. This job is perfect for someone who: Loves talking with people Thrives in a busy environment Can multitask while keeping a positive attitude Experience in food handling and adherence to safety standards Is dependable & responsible Appreciates small business dreams and wants to be part of something special Can handle espresso machines, morning rushes, and a little chaos with grace ✨ Your days may include: Making coffee, lattes, teas & specialty sips Taking customer orders Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and order processing Assist in food preparation and handling as needed Helping create a warm & welcoming environment Maintain a clean and organized stocked workspace Dancing through the rush with the team At Baked by Nina's, we're more than coffee. We're community, creativity, comfort, and pink bakery magic. This is NOT just a "clock in and clock out" kind of place. We're looking for someone who sees the dream behind a small business and wants to grow with us. Part-time hours available. We are Open Tuesday-Saturday 7am-2pm Weekend availability is a huge plus!
