Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following established recipes and standards. Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and beverage service stations. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, process payments, and give correct change while adhering to cash handling procedures. Support food safety standards by following proper food preparation and hygiene practices. Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere by serving drinks promptly and ensuring all customers have a positive experience. Skills Previous barista experience or food service background is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an approachable attitude. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales processing. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and food safety regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Team player who communicates well with colleagues to ensure smooth café operations.
