The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality coffee and food items. Prior experience in coffee preparation and food handling is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic learners eager to develop their expertise in the food industry. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and consistency Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Manage cash register operations accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations Restock supplies as needed and assist in inventory management Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and sales opportunities Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment Skills Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Prior barista experience or coffee knowledge is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety regulations, food preparation, and serving standards in a café or food service setting Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a retail or food industry environment Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members Join our team to enjoy a dynamic work environment where your passion for coffee and customer service can thrive!
