In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with every visit. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks. Experience Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Multitasking skills are helpful. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and understanding retail math concepts. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
