Whole Space:

Maintain a foundational knowledge of our bohemian apparel boutique, upstairs lounge, and therapeutic massage services to guide guest experiences.

Maintain Restful Sanctuaries:

Ensure the coffee station, main seating areas, outdoor porch patio, and upstairs multi-room lounge remain clean, inviting, and peaceful.

Manage Shop Operations:

Handle point-of-sale transactions smoothly, including café orders, gift card sales, and boutique retail purchases.

Collaborate Harmoniously:

Work alongside team members, ownership, and wellness staff to maintain daily flow and foster a supportive team environment.

Keep Bars Stocked:

Monitor and replenish ingredients, retail tags, and café supplies to maintain an efficient, beautiful workspace.

Experience & Qualifications Hospitality Mindset:

Previous customer service, boutique retail, or food service experience is a plus, but a naturally welcoming personality is our priority.

Adaptable Work Flow:

Ability to keep a calm, centered composure while moving efficiently through busy weekend rushes and coffee flight orders.

Strong Communicator:

An authentic storyteller who enjoys connecting with our diverse community of regulars and first-time hidden-gem discoverers.

Scheduling Flexibility:

Availability to work standard cafe shifts, including peak weekend hours (Saturdays and Sundays) when our community is most active.
