You will receive professional SCA Barista training and earn while you learn! Qualifications Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages and food items with precision and flair. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, adhering to food safety standards and regulations. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and helping with food preparation as needed. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy periods while maintaining quality service. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and enthusiasm. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
