We're looking for a friendly, dependable, hardworking team member to join our Baskin-Robbins crew! This is a hands-on customer service position in a fun, fast-paced environment. You'll help customers, serve ice cream and desserts, operate the register, prepare orders, keep the store clean and stocked, and assist with daily store operations. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, learns quickly, communicates well, follows directions, and stays productive throughout their shift. Previous food-service experience is required, and training on Baskin-Robbins products and store procedures will be provided. What You'll Do Provide friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer service. Scoop ice cream and prepare shakes, sundaes, fresh packs, cones, and other treats. Operate the POS system and accurately handle cash and other payments. Help customers with menu selections and cake orders. Assist with basic cake preparation, writing, decorating, and organization. Restock products, ingredients, and supplies throughout the shift. Keep counters, equipment, dipping cabinets, workstations, customer areas, and bathrooms clean and stocked. Complete dishes, cleaning, sanitation, opening, and closing duties. Follow food-safety procedures and instructions from shift leaders and management. Stay productive during slower periods by cleaning, stocking, organizing, and preparing for upcoming business. What We're Looking For Previous food-service experience. Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Able to follow instructions and respond positively to coaching. Able to work efficiently and stay calm during busy periods. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working as part of a team. Detail-oriented and takes pride in keeping the store clean and organized. Honest, reliable, and a strong team player. A good listener who communicates effectively. Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging guest situations professionally and with a smile. Willing to accept constructive feedback and continuously improve. Comfortable standing for extended periods, scooping ice cream, cleaning, washing dishes, restocking, and maintaining the bathroom and other store areas. Must be 18 years of age or older.
