Conveniently located inside Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport , Milk Creek Café serves handcrafted coffee, espresso beverages, fresh pastries, breakfast favorites, and grab-and-go selections to travelers from around the world. Welcome every guest with friendly, authentic Montana hospitality. Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently. Serve pastries, breakfast items, and grab-and-go food selections. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Assist with opening, stocking, cleaning, and other daily café operations. Work efficiently during busy travel periods while maintaining exceptional guest service. Support teammates and contribute to a positive, encouraging work environment.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Enjoys serving people and creating memorable guest experiences. Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Is dependable, punctual, and accountable. Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a team. Learns quickly and adapts to a fast-paced environment. Pays attention to detail and takes pride in quality. Can perform the essential functions of the position, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting or moving items weighing up to approximately 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Can reliably work the posted Wednesday-Sunday schedule. Previous barista experience is a plus, but it is not required.
