What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, energy drinks, teas, and other menu items with consistency and quality Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly service at the drive-thru and window Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards Work efficiently during busy rush periods while maintaining a positive attitude Support your teammates and contribute to a strong team environment Help ensure every customer leaves with a great experience What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliability and punctuality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the shift Willingness to learn recipes, systems, and procedures Previous coffee or food service experience is helpful but not required What We Offer Hourly pay plus tips (tips average about $4 per hour) Flexible scheduling A supportive team environment Hands-on training Opportunities to grow within the company If you enjoy great coffee, great people, and working in an environment that values teamwork and service, we would love to meet you.
