Our drive-through coffee hut is all about convenience, quality, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer on the go. We are looking for an energetic and friendly Drive-Through Barista to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, take orders via the drive-through window, and ensure each customer receives fast and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and courteously at the drive-through window. Take accurate customer orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards. Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-through hut and equipment. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed. Follow health and safety regulations at all times. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista or in customer service preferred but not required. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills and ability to operate POS systems. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
