CAFE STAFF

MEMBER-Crepe Maker & Barista Amazing Crepes in Whitefish Montana is looking for Long-Term Cafe staff members. •At this time, we are not able to review applicants interested in part-time employment, please check back later for PT job openings! • This position

REQUIRES

weekend availability, with daily working hours being between 8 am and 4:30pm. Full-time employees work 5 days a week, 40 hours. Base hourly pay is $12-15/hr plus tips depending on experience. Tips are pooled and split evenly and average $8-$10/hr. Ideal Employee Skills MUST be able to work Saturday & Sunday, holidays Experience in food preparation and/or barista skills is a plus, but not required Strong verbal communication skills. Knowledge of POS systems, computers and registers. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stay motivated independently and take initiative on tasks Efficient in handling customer orders and maintaining high service standards during peak hours. Ability to stand for long periods, lift items, and move quickly around the restaurant Basic understanding of food safety standards and hygiene.
