Employee Retention Bonus:

Earn an additional $2 per hour worked from October 2026 through September 2027. The accumulated bonus will be paid as a lump-sum retention bonus in October 2027, provided you remain employed through the applicable eligibility date. We're known for our friendliness and outstanding customer service, so looking for team members to match that energy and mesh well with the dynamic of the team! This location is a drive-thru coffee hut, with some picnic table seating by the walkup window. We offer food service (limited menu - breakfast items) and all baristas are expected to train for the food prep as well. Due to potential solo shifts, applicants should be at least 18 years of age. A statement of interest outlining your barista experience and current availability would be appreciated with your application. Compensation stated includes hourly pay plus daily tip share…..you must be able to make and keep a four-month commitment for the guarantee. At that time, if your hourly average hasn't reached/exceeded $18/hour, we'll make up the difference in your next check.
