In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for every guest through exceptional customer service and expertly crafted beverages. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and order processing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Manage cash register operations with accuracy, including basic math calculations for transactions and change Support food preparation tasks as needed, including serving food items and ensuring quality standards are met Qualifications Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for coffee culture is essential Familiarity with POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking between serving, cash handling, and food prep Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math calculations, and cash handling accuracy Experience in serving or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us to be part of a lively team that values your energy and dedication!
