Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their visit Prepare smoothies, beverages, and food items following company recipes and food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing cash transactions and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness of the store environment, including food prep areas, dining space, and equipment Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and safety procedures at all times Skills Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation, including smoothies, coffee, and other drinks Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and inventory counts Food safety certification or experience in food handling within the food industry or café environment Excellent time management to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards Barista or café experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us in creating a lively atmosphere where health-conscious choices come to life!
